Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD 20670 has an urgent requirement for the repair and upgrade of government provided F100-PW-200 Augmented Turbofan Engines (Part Number 4070200) to a specified F100-PW-220E engine and/or module configuration. NAVAIR intends to issue a sole source letter contract to Pratt & Whitney, 503 Shop Lane, Bldg. 312, San Antonio, TX 78226-1828, POC: Mark Wilkes, (210) 362-2920, for this effort, which will be definitized at a firm-fixed-price. The effort is being synopsized to highlight subcontractor opportunities. The contractor shall provide all engine test and support equipment for repair and upgrade. The contractor shall provide all required material; including specified Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) kits, controls and accessories, life-limited parts and consumables.
