Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a Contract modification for (2) complete F404-402 module sets, one (1) High Pressure Compressor (HPC) module, and two (2) High Pressure Turbine (HPT) modules with General Electric Aircraft Engines. GEAE is the only known firm possessing the adequate existing facilities, tooling, and special test equipment to perform this requirement in a timely manner.
