The USAF requests industry’s input regarding the below subject matter. The USAF is in the early planning stages for the below procurement(s) and is in the process of gathering information regarding the competitive nature of this requirement, should a RFP be released in the future. Firm-fixed price Requirements type contract for the overhaul/repair/remanufacture of: 1. Augmentor Combustion Chamber Line Assembly; Output NSN: 2840-01-443-4069NZ; P/N: 4083170. 2. Augmentor Cast Balance Nozzle Segment Assembly; Output NSN: 2840-01-454-8449NZ; P/N: 4082989. 3. Augmentor Nozzle Support; Output NSN: 2840-01-501-0121NZ; P/N: 4086906-01 and/or 2840-01456-0083NZ; P/N: 4082987 and/or 2840-01-003-9017; P/N: 4044892. The Government anticipates a 1-year basic contract with four 1-year options. OC-ALC is currently in the process of ramping up to perform this repair organically, and as such, any estimated quantities for this effort are strictly overflow of those quantities the OC-ALC cannot repair. An Initial Production Evaluation (IPE) may be required from awardee prior to full production. Sources must be qualified for the repair prior to evaluation of the company’s proposal.
