The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to issue a twelve month extension to contract W58RGZ-07-D-0078 which expires 31 December 2011. This Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type Contract with Honeywell Corporation, Engines and Systems Division, Phoenix, AZ (CAGES: 99193, 59364, 64547, 70210, 06848) for the acquisition of various T55 Engine series and APACHE spare parts designated as sole source. FOB Point for all orders placed will be Origin. Period of performance will be 1 January 2012 thru 31 Dec 2012. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
