This is an annual synopsis of basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-11-G-0751 with Rolls Royce Naval Marine, Walpole, MA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all orders issued for the period 2012 Nov 30 thru 2013 Nov 30 for the Procurement of parts for the 501-K17 and 501-K34 Allison Engines. See attached list of applicable NIINs. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUP WSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
