Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 600 each.  The Guaranteed Minimum value will be determined in accordance with the following formula:  10% of the aggregate extended dollar value of the Estimated Annual Demand for the NSN (base period only).                    

There will be a one-year base with four one-year options, for a total of five years. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct.
