This request is not brand specific yet the tires and inner tubes must meet the size requirements indicated and must be compatible with Toyota Forklifts. The intended award will be one purchase order issued as a grouping of the noted items. You may use the attached RFQ form to submit your response or you may submit your response on your own quotation form provided that all information requested is included on your form. Please submit your completed response by COB December 28, 2007. Your response should include pricing, delivery days ARO, FOB, country of origin, Duns#, shipping cost if applicable, warranty information if applicable, package weight and dimensions.
