The solicitation is for 27 NSNs that are transportation equipment. This proposed procurement will be for a written indefinite quantity contract (IQC) and will contain an option clause to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years – (base year plus 4 one year option periods). The solicitation is for a 100% total small business set-aside. The small business size standard is 750 for NAICS 336399. The solicitation will be FOB destination and indefinite quantities will be delivered to various locations. Inspection/acceptance requirements will be noted on the solicitation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
