The major FSCs of this requirement are: 1005, 1015, 2510, 2520, 2540, 2590, and 2910. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with Full and Open competition after exclusion of sources. Small Business Size Standard is 500. The solicitation will be available on May 09, 2005 at http://dibbs.dscccol.com/rfp.
