NSWC PCD intends to award a sole source purchase order to Taylor Devices, Inc., 90 Taylor Drive, North Tonawanda, NY 14120-6894 for 9 each Taylor Suspension Systems. This Taylor Suspension System is inherent to the existing system. This suspension system has been tested, certified and approved for "Navy Use" and is the only known suspension system that will fit the existing structures. Therefore, to ensure operational capability and compatibility with other MKV components, the purchase action must be limited to this manufacturer (Taylor Devices INC.). The items will be delivered to the Special Boat Unit Twelve, 3402 Tarawa Road, San Diego, CA 92155-5003.
