The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 15 NSNs with various item descriptions and end items. The major FSCs of this requirement are: 1005, 1025, 2530, and 2540. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is a 100% HUB-Zone Set-Aside. Small Business Size Standard is 500 for FSC 1005 and 1025 and 1000 for all other FSCs. Full & Open competition applies after exclusion of sources. The solicitation will be available on March 11, 2005 at http://dibbs.dscccol.com/rfp. The PIDs will be available on the Internet at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp as of the issue date. Drawings/specifications will be available thru the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link on the solicitation date. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. See notes 9, 26, and 27. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
