This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The intent of this Solicitation is to award a contract for the purchase of a Dynamo Meter with Commander PNET WS/LT/2.0 desktop to replace DT 2000 Dynamo meter system with a newer program to run on newer style engines, and transmissions. This Solicitation is open to vendors who can match the required specification of the PNET Software - LT Commander 2.0 The Dynamo meter, needs to include commander-PNET WS/LT/2.0 desktop, and PNET software LT commander 2.0, ECM interface to allow electronic engine performance data, conforming to SAE J1587, J1708, and J1939 protocols, to be monitored, displayed and recorded by Power Net and power Net LT systems. Breakout box CAT ADAM designed to allow for the operation of electronically controlled engines when engine is removed from vehicle. Engine adapters Cat 3126B, C7 and adapter for 6.5, includes torsional engine coupling 810 FTLBS, charge air-cooling system simulator 1000HP, smart throttle actuator for speed control. The training and services will be provided in the Fort Worth area.
