The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the new Southernside Multi-Service Center Project. The Southernside MSC is located at 813 Hampton Avenue, Greenville, SC 29601. Project includes, but not limited to, demolition of existing structure, parking lot, and associated appurtenances; construction of a new multi-service center; erosion and sediment control; paving and striping a new parking area; construction of pedestrian ramp; concrete sidewalks; curb and gutter; and landscaping. The scope of services is outlined more clearly in the construction plans. Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, September 18, 2024.
