Full mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) renovation of the mechanical rooms at LFH. Work within the mechanical rooms include AHU replacements, controls, fans, ductwork, terminal units, pumps, housekeeping pad, VFDs, piping and electrical. Asbestos and lead abatement, will be by others, in the attic and basement mechanical rooms before demolition and construction. The project will require a Texas Historical Commission permit and a completion report since LFH is on the National Register of Historical Places and is a State Antiquities Landmark.
