Request for Proposals #24047 Public Relations Services for the City of Gloucester The City of Gloucester seeks proposals from professional public relations (PR) consultants to provide comprehensive conventional and social media consulting services for all City of Gloucester Public Safety Departments. The RFP package will be available on Nov. 6, 2023 at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. Proposals must be received and will be opened at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma no later than Nov. 29, 2023 @ 11:30 am. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
