Project is grant funded and Utilization Goals are listed within bidding documents. This project is being funded in part by a grant obtained from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (“DCEO Grant”) which outlines a goal requirement for The Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act (30 ILCS 575/0.01 et seq.) (“BEP Act”) and Veteran Owned Businesses.
