The Houston County School District (the ¿Owner¿) will receive bids from qualified bidders for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to construct: HOUSTON COUNTY SCHOOLS, BASEBALL-SOFTBALL IMPROVEMENTS, HOUSTON COUNTY, GEORGIA ¿ 2145 ¿ PHASE 1 (NORTHSIDE HIGH SCHOOL) The scope of work consists of but is not limited to, the demolition of existing baseball and softball fields, and associated building structures; constructing the site for new baseball and softball fields; constructing new associated structures, walks and parking.
