Notice is hereby given that Macon-Bibb County will receive responses to the Request for Master Plan and Developer (original plus 5 copies and Flash Drive for Technical Proposal Binder and Financial Proposal Binder) in the Procurement Department, 700 Poplar Street, Suite 308, Macon, Georgia 31201, until 12:00 o¿clock NOON at the time legally prevailing in Macon, Georgia on Thursday, February 15, 2024, for Macon- Bibb County. Macon-Bibb County is seeking Proposals from a qualified firms to develop a Master Plan and Developer to design and oversee the build of a gathering space for indoor and outdoor activities on a 21-acre site located near downtown known as the East Bank Development. The project will take place on Macon-Bibb County government owned property. The 21-acre site is directly across the street from the Macon Centreplex facilities/Conference Center located on Coliseum Drive.
