Invitation for Bids No. 24-004: Redevelopment of Greenleaf Park will be received until 2:00 PM: July 14, 2023 BY: The Office of Procurement Lauren Stabilo, Chief Procurement Officer 36 Court Street, Room 307, Springfield MA 01103 Phone (413) 787-6284 fax 787-6295 at which time the bids will be publicly open and read in the Office of Procurement. The City of Springfield invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the requested services, to submit bids to enter into an agreement to provide redevelopment of Greenleaf Park, 1187 Parker Street, Springfield, MA 01129. This bid falls under M.G.L. Ch. 30§39M and other procurement statutes. Work includes the installation of sediment & erosion controls, construction of new accessible walkways & trails; removal and reconstruction of outfall/headwall, cast-in-place concrete, installation of owner-furnished site furnishings, playground and splash pad equipment, installation of stormwater utilities, installation of an owner-furnished prefabricated pedestrian bridge, tree removal, associated earthwork, tree plantings, and landscaping. Estimated value of the contract is approximately $1,150,000.00.
