The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Southwest Region, Forestry Division, requires tree felling services. Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, tools, and equipment for the tree felling project as per Attachment 1 Tree Felling Specifications. All Purchase Orders require the contractor to provide the equipment, labor, insurance, and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the operation
