Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all seedlings, labor, superintendence, tools, and equipment for the planting of seedlings on 29 acres of SGL 048 in Cumberland Valley and Londonderry Townships, Bedford County. BIDS ARE ON A PER ACRE BASIS. Detailed specifications are attached. All Purchase Orders require the contractor to provide the seedlings, equipment, labor, insurance, and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the operation.
