The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), Northwest Region, requires a 367-acre pre-emergent spray treatment of Japanese Stiltgrass along roadways, and drainage ditches located on State Game Lands 244, 195 and 320, Jefferson County. Treatment blocks follow a 40 ft width for the given SGL roads depicted in maps within the SGL. Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, tools, equipment, and herbicide for the herbicide application as per attached specifications for all listed blocks within the project area in a price per acre bid. All Purchase Orders require the contractor to provide the equipment, herbicide, water, swfactants, dyes, any other adjuvants, labor, insurance, and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the operation.
