The scope of work includes interior demolition and build-back of walls and finishes and remodel of ceilings, lighting, power, data, HVAC and fire protection. The renovation includes demo of an existing demising wall between two office suites to create one larger office suite, approximately 6,700 SF. The new work includes private offices, conference rooms, open collaborative areas, storage, break room, and reception.
