The Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA), founded in 1901, is Florida’s sixth-largest community-owned utility providing electric service to approximately 81,000 residents in Osceola County. KUA invites contractors to submit proposals for the provision of one (1) 230/69 kV autotransformer rated 75/100/125 ONAN/ONAF/ONAF2 with ±10 percent OLTC and -5%, -2.5%, 0, +2.5%, +5% percent DETC according to the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). KUA wishes to obtain proposals that include delivery, unloading, field erection, oil filling, and field-testing at the Marydia Substation. As a result, respondents may submit proposals with project completion by July – August 2022. All Transformers shall be manufactured in North America.
