Request for Qualifications 23048 Designer Services – Gloucester City Hall Restoration The City of Gloucester seeks proposals from professional Architects for Renovations to and Restoration of Gloucester City Hall, The RFQ package will be available on October 5, 2022 at the Office of the Purchasing Agent via email: [email protected]. Proposals must be received and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than October 27, 2022 @ 11:00 am. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
