Invitation For Bid # 23046 Gloucester High School Flood Protection Project Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30, Sec. 39M, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, for Gloucester High School Flood Protection Project. Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Oct. 13, 2022. Bid packages will be available by emailing [email protected] or at the Purchasing Office beginning Sept. 21, 2022. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Oct. 6, 2022 at 11:00 located at the southern end of Dun Fudgin Boat Ramp Leslie O Johnson Rd. Prevailing wages apply, Bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
