Invitation For Bid #23045 Water Pollution Control Facility Flood Resilience Improvements Pursuant to MGL Chap. 30, sec 39M the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, for WPCF Flood Resilience Improvements. Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than 11:00 a.m. on October 14, 2022. Bid packages will be available at the Purchasing Office beginning September 21, 2022, by emailing [email protected]. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Sept. 28, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the WPCF. Prevailing wages apply, Bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment & Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
