Reconstruction of an existing Unilock Brussels Block unit pavement located at the rear of the golf clubhouse. The pavement consists of an upper terrace (approximately 5480 square feet) and a lower golf cart parking area (approximately 2320 square feet) for a total of approximately 7800 square feet. The work includes the removal and on-site storage of the existing pavers, removal of a drainage system, adjustments to the existing gravel base, installation of a new drainage system, adjustments and or replacement of unit curbing, replacement of plastic edging and re-installation of the removed pavers with additional new pavers as needed. A Vendor submitting a bid (Bid Proposal Pg 1 through Bid Bond, along with any addenda, if issued) must adequately identify its five-digit bid spec number on your document upload and submit it on or before the Bid Opening Deadline identified on Invite Pg 2.
