Okolona, MS (T-NR-E) INVITATION TO BID PROJECT: Courtyard and Entry Improvements Shearer-Richardson Memorial Nursing Home Okolona, MS A/E# 23009 ARCHITECT: ARCHITECTURESOUTH, P.A. 499 Gloster Creek Village Suite D3 Tupelo, MS 38801 (662) 844-5843 Shearer-Richardson Memorial Nursing Home, Okolona, MS, will receive sealed bids for a contract for the Courtyard and Entry Improvements at Shearer-Richardson Memorial Nursing Home. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, site improvement including minor demolition, new paving and new drive through portico, site utility work, site grading, and underground drainage. The portico will be a wood and steel framed structure with brick and metal roofing. The paving work footprint encompasses +/- 15,000 sqft as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids will be accepted on a lump sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted. Sealed or Electronic Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 16, 2024 at Shearer-Richardson Memorial Nursing Home, 512 Rockwell Drive, Okolona, MS 38860 Board Room. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time.
