The work shall consist of, but not limited to the construction of a new switchgear yard with access road and associated site improvements, service feeders, Underground improvements, new switchgear and removal of old switchgear, power system study and connections and programing for remote monitoring by the campus energy management system (EMS) as specified within these specifications/drawings.
