Camper to include 4 cubic foot refrigerator, 20,000 BTU furnace, 6 gallon water heater with winter bypass kit, toilet, shower, cook top stove with power range fan and light, on demand water system, LP leak detector, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, steal re-enforced tie down areas, wood drawers, triple sealed corners, laminate one piece roof with vinyl covering, four corner jacks, air conditioning, extended over cab with two twin mattresses, fiberglass side walls, winter package (bubble packed astro fill, glued to back of the plywood or equivalent insulation rating), insulated floor, microwave, tv/dvd combo, two 20 Gal. propane tanks, and installation and wiring of the camper.
