The United States Army Contracting Command, Warren, MI will be issuing a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for a base award amount of 500 each upgraded and reset Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) All Terrain Vehicles (M-ATV) and 3 option periods of 100 each upgraded and reset M-ATVs for a total quantity of up to 800 vehicles. The M-ATV is source controlled to Oshkosh Corporation, OSHKOSH, WI, CAGE Code 45152. The requirement will be procured on a standalone contract with a target award date of 31 July 2014. No solicitation will be available. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
