This is a combined solicitation synopsis. No other solicitation is available. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North America an Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532112 and the Business Size Standard is $21,500.000. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to lease a total of five (5) vehicles from May 22, 2006 through May 21, 2007. The vehicles are as follows: ITEM 0001: 2006 or 2007 Sedan – Preferably Nissan Maxima; ITEM 0002: 2006 or 2007 Nissan Pathfinder; ITEM 0003: 2006 or 2007 Dodge Charger; ITEM 0004: 2006 or 2007 Dodge Durango: ITEM 0005: 2006 or 2007 Chrysler 300C. Preferred colors on all vehicles: Dark Color. The lease price shall include 15,000 miles per year. Maintenance for the vehicles will be handled by ATF. Note that these vehicles may be used in pursuit. Price shall include shipping to the nearest dealership in Philadelphia, PA. This is a Firm Fixed-Price contract.
