The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for 1 ea enclosed utility/test trailer. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside, etc. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 10 Aug 2005 at the following site: http://e-center.doe.gov/. The trailer shall have a V nose and flat roof design. The Trailer will be used to house and transport equipment required to maintain high voltage electrical transmission equipment. The total load weight is calculated to be 1,500 pounds. During construction, the fastening of metal parts must maintain electrical continuity to ensure equipment grounding integrity in accordance with specification.
