Please review the attached Solicitation & provide an offer in either Latvian Lats or Euro. Please return pages 1 through 3 of the solicitation with your company contact info on page 1 and the line items costs on page 2 & 3.

The Contractor shall provide rental and service of vehicles to various locations in both Latvia and Estonia, outlined in Table 1 in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision to perform these services.


We are currently waiting on funding for this requirement, but we anticipate awarding this contract not later than 14 MAY 2012.
