The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to issue a Total Small Business Set-Aside, Request for Quote (RFQ), for one (1) Army Peculiar Equipment (APE) 1965 Mobile Ammunition Inspection Shelter, to include (1) Trailer and (1) Workshop, in accordance with the specified drawings and purchase description. The end user is McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) located in McAlester, OK.

This procurement will be a firm-fixed-price contract. FOB Destination. This requirement will be an all or nothing award. The requirement is for one (1) Army Peculiar Equipment (APE) 1965 Mobile Ammunition Inspection Shelter, to include (1) Trailer and (1) Workshop, to be furnished to the Government based on the specified drawings and purchase description. The purchase description and drawings will be available at the time the solicitation is issued.

The solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The small business size standard of the NAICS code is 1,000 employees or less.

The solicitation with full specification requirements will be available on or around 12 August 2015 with an opening on or about 15 days from issuance.

The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation, including amendments, shall also be posted to the websites, and it is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
