The City of Greenville and the Greenville Airport Commission are seeking a qualified consultant team for a comprehensive planning study in the area surrounding the Greenville Downtown Airport (GMU). The study will also consider potential opportunities for adaptive reuse or redevelopment of the city-owned Greenville Convention Center, which is located immediately adjacent to the airport. The consultants will provide an assessment and recommendations to include Master Plan and Development Patterns, Land Uses, Market Trends and Analysis, Greenville Convention Center Opportunities, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Stormwater.
