It is the intent of the City of Alexandria to secure pricing on WATER METERS & ITRON ERTS, for use by the City of Alexandria Water Department. Said material is to be inventoried by the Central Warehouse Department. Note: A mandatory pre-bid conference shall be held on Thursday, September 5, 2019, at 10:00 AM CDT, at the City of Alexandria Purchasing Department, located at 2021 Industrial Park Road, Building WH, Alexandria, LA 71303. All vendors wishing to submit bid proposals for this project "MUST ATTEND" this pre-bid conference. Pursuant to LA R.S. 38:2212 (I), all prospective bidders shall be present at the beginning of this pre-bid conference and shall remain in attendance for the duration of the conference. Any prospective bidder who fails to attend the conference or remain for the duration, shall be prohibited from submitting a bid.
