Request for Bids documents may be obtained on the Milwaukie Bid Management System, http://bids.milwau kieoregon.gov/. Proposers are required to login (at no cost) in order to access the bid documents. Bids will be submitted via email at [email protected] or in a sealed envelope at the Milwaukie Community Devel opment Department Office until 12:30 p.m. on January 31, 2020. If emailed, responses should be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format, subject line: "Request for Bids 2215 SE Harrison Street". Bids received after the 12:30 p.m. deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the proposer. There will be no public opening of the bids. Milwaukie City Council defined the minimum acceptable terms of sale of the Property to meet or exceed a bid in the amount of $440,000.
