Sealed general and filed sub bids are sought be the Town of Plymouth for the Phase 1 – Addition to West Plymouth Fire Station No. 2. Specifications and bid forms are available to download by registering at www.plymouth-ma.gov/bids-current. Sealed filed sub bids are to be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Sealed general bids are to be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 10, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the project site. Any person interested in submitting a bid is encouraged to attend. All bids are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c.149, §44A – 44M, and these Bid and Contract Documents. The awarding authority is the Town Manager who reserves the right to reject or split all bids if deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Plymouth.
