The City of Gloucester seeks proposals from qualified CM at Risk contractors interested in being prequalified for the Police/Courthouse project, located at 197 Main Street, it is a 3-story structure containing 30,100 gross square feet. The building serves the City as both the Police Dept. (1st and 2nd floors), as well as the Gloucester District Court (third floor). The proposed project includes a comprehensive renovation to / restoration of the existing structure, including exterior envelope improvements, interior renovations, replace various building systems (HVAC, Tel-Data, Electrical) and provide an emergency generator. The CM at Risk Manager shall be responsible for complete construction management services as further described in the RFQ. The RFQ package will be available on Dec. 8, 2021 at the Office of the Purchasing Agent email: [email protected]. Proposals must be received at CMS, Inc., 270 Main St, Marlborough, MA 01752 no later than 11:00 a.m. on Jan. 7, 2022. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
