The North American Industrial Classification Standards (NAICS) Code is 334516 and Standard Business Size of 500 employees.

The sole source award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1); only one source is reasonably available. This requirement is not set aside for small businesses. CDC is not requesting competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, by August 10, 2012. Determination not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
