This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 332999 and the bu siness size standard is 500 employees. The contract will be Firm-Fixed Price with delivery to the designated locations within 90 days from date of award. Delivery of 72âÃâ¬Ã� and 58âÃâ¬Ã� all aluminum construction Railcar Spanner Plates with a working load capacity of at least 17,000 pounds each with a built in safety factor of at least 2:1. Tapered ends, no curbs, 24âÃâ¬Ã� or wider, non-skid surface, 3âÃâ¬Ã� or longer clips on the underside of the spanners, 10-12âÃâ¬Ã� from the ends with an angle to minimi ze slippage, and a maximum spanner weight of 85 pounds.
