The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to to print and deliver 45,000 Verification of Installation Ignition Interlock DL 920 forms (4-920) and 31,000 Ignition Interlock Notice of Removal DL 922 forms (4-922) for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Questions must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30 p.m. on 3/17/22. Answers will be posted by 4:30 p.m. on 3/22/22. Bids are due 3/28/22 at 2:30 p.m. and must be mailed.
