Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at its Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following: Consultant Services for: Further Development of the Whatcom County Groundwater Model UNTIL: 2:30 PM on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened live via GoToMeeting), and the names of the submitters identified. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal via GoToMeeting. Late submittals will not be considered. Responses submitted electronically will not be considered. Whatcom County Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for further use and development of the Numerical Groundwater Model within the model domain.
