The scope of work will include abatement, demolition, and renovation to portions of the 2nd Floor and the entire 3rd Floor of CMB (approximately 19,000 SF). The project will construct office and research space for a variety of Centers, Institutes, and Programs within The Moody College of Communication. These renovated spaces will incorporate a mix of private and shared offices, open office workstations, clinical rooms, research rooms, large and small meeting/training rooms, new restrooms, a shared staff breakroom, and new furniture.
