REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS # 21131 CONSULTING SERVICES HARBOR PLAN Pursuant to M.G.L.c 30B, the City of Gloucester is seeking proposals, RFP #21131 , from qualified consultants as it relates to providing services for the update/revision of The Municipal Harbor Plan/ Designated Port Area Master Plan of the City of Gloucester. The Harbor Plan will first and foremost develop an economic strategic plan for the maritime economy, and it must include an update to the Municipal Harbor Plan and Designated Port Area Master Plan as defined by 301 CMR 23.00. The Request for Proposal package will be available on February 19, 2021 at the Office of the Purchasing Agent or email: [email protected]. Proposals must be received and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than March 16, 2021 @ 11:00 am. There will be a preproposal meeting on March 2, 2021 @ 2:00 pm. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, Massachusetts. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
