Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30B, the City of Gloucester seeks proposals, RFP #21119, for 301(h) Monitoring services from a qualified contractor to implement the receiving water, biological and toxic control monitoring as mandated in the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit (Attachment D). Proposals are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Jan 22, 2021 at 11:00 am. Proposal packages will be available at the Purchasing Office beginning Dec. 28, 2020 , email: [email protected]. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
