Invitation For Bid #21088 Gloucester Dams Gatehouse Improvements The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, IFB #21088, for Intake water supply gate replacement and wetwell access improvements to gatehouses at four City owned dams per MGL Chap. 30, sec 39M. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment & Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave, Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Nov. 6, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Bid packages will be available at the Purchasing Office Oct 14, 2020 via email [email protected]. There will be a prebid meeting on Oct. 21, 2020 @ 10:00 am. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
