PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF PLANT PROTECTANT PRODUCTS FOR DISTRICTWIDE USE Lake County Forest Preserves will be accepting electronic bid submission ONLY for this bid. A Vendor submitting a bid must do so on the Contract/Bid form within the bid package. Vendor should adequately identify the five-digit bid spec number on the document upload and submit it on or before the Bid Opening Date and Time identified on Page 1. The Schedule of Prices should be completed utilizing the excel workbook located on the LCFPD.org/bids website. Submit the excel spreadsheet electronically along with the Contract/Bid form with the printed version of the excel spreadsheet.
